Best way to recode game for YouTube?

Hi,

What is the best and cheapest way to record the video of my game so I can either post it to YouTube and also my website? I would love to have it in flash for my website also if possible.

I have seen where people posted that they have just done screen recordings of the Corona Simulator, and used an editing program to crop the video accordingly, or used a screen recording software that does that for you.
