Hi, I was using beta test flight to send my app to testers, few days ago my distribution certificate becomes invalid, so I deleted the old one and created a new one, and re create my provisioning profile but when I upload my app to itunes connect show me the info message “To use TestFlight Beta Testing, build 2015.9.22100 must contain the correct beta entitlement. For more information, see the FAQ.” this as an info message not a warning and my app doesn’t see in test flight. How can I fix this?, supposedly with the new certificate there should be no problem???
Hey, guys, I’m having this exact problem now as well.
I’m trying to put a newer version of Corona Viewer up in TestFlight for myself and my team, and now I get these two messages:
- External testing is not supported for builds that have been created with a beta version of Xcode or iOS.
- To use TestFlight Beta Testing, this build must contain the correct beta entitlement. For more information, see the FAQ.
Here’s a link to the FAQ: https://itunesconnect.apple.com/WebObjects/iTunesConnect.woa/wa/jumpTo?page=faqIndex&qa=beta_entitlement
I just regenerated my corona viewer app store distribution provisioning profile a few minutes ago and rebuilt with that one. Using latest daily build of Corona (2015.2722).
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Dave
Also, I double checked and I have XCode 7.0 (7A220), which is not beta.
Dave
One more thing – I used the new Corona feature to automatically upload to the app store…
Guys, this may have been an issue with Apple yesterday (maybe due to the new iTunesConnect interface or something). Today, I can select all the builds that were disabled (and had those error messages) yesterday.
Dave
I have solved my problem too with a new provisioning app store profile so I’m closing the thread
That did not solve the issue for me. I have spent 12 hours this weekend so I am giving up on this.
I am manually testing just to get the app out using iTunes on my machine with my iPhone, but this is very upsetting.
Using latest Corona with iOS 8.3 and Xcode 6.3.
