I just installed Corona and all I get is a Black and white screen.I am unable to do anything with it. I tried the welcome screen and I get this http://i.imgur.com/Rv2tk9h.png and when I try to open one of the sample projects, I get this. http://i.imgur.com/Klp1SIc.png
In the Output, All it says its copyright stuff and version: 3.0.0 and build 2013.2100
I am on Windows xp
Are your video drivers up to date? Do they support OpenGL 2.0? XP is kind of an old operating system. Did build 2076 run?

I have exactly same problem on Windows 7 with Intel GM965. I tried laptops manufacturers driver and original Intel driver. I ran some OpenGL 2.1 tests, which passed fine. Laptop model is Lenovo R61i. Yes, it is old piece of hardware, but it should be enough to run Corona SDK I guess. Any hints?
Hi @abrass. This has likely been fixed in a Daily build that Pro and Enterprise subscribers can access. When we roll out the next daily build, you should see this solved. I say likely because we fixed a problem with some older Lenovo’s and certain Intel chips but your specific hardware configuration might have a different issue.
