Bought SDK for Android but Cannot activate it (Have Corona SDK for iOS)

I’ve bought but cannot activate the Android version.
I get a message "The KindleFire device is not available for Indie (iOS). In my case I’ve bought both.

Is there some special setup needed to activate the Android Corona.

PS: I send two emails to sales at Corona, but no reply.

I have a similar issue, though my message states:

The KindleFire device is not available for Indie (Android) subscribers. Upgrade your subscription to get access to full functionality.

I just purchased the Android subscription, and the Kindle Fire definitely is an android device - what other license do we need to work on this?

It looks like 4+ months since this was originally posted. Any answers for this?
