Brick Breaker Escape

FuriousApps.com is announcing a new game coming soon to the app store called Brick Breaker Escape. Its the most recent game release from furiousApps.com (maker of Corona’s App of the Week: Garden of Orbs) and will be a gorgeous, action-packed brick breaking extravaganza!

It combines all the great elements of your classic brick breaker game with tons of new and inventive twists. Its sure to please you avid Breakout addicts and any arcade thrill seekers.

We plan to have our FREE PREVIEW version out to the app store in short order. This free app will have 30+ awesome levels to explore with lots of mechanisms and gadgets to combat as we finish up work on our full version. Our full version is scheduled for an early May release and has over 170 levels planned with tons of fresh new content, extra gadgets and super challenging/ball-busting/finger numbing level design.

FYI:
Brick Breaker Escape! Lite went TOP 200 games (iPad) over its release night.
Still climbing…slowly but surely. Its on the brink of cracking the TOP 200 Strategy iPhone apps.

The iPad ranks seem to be well ahead of the iPhone ranks…which seems a bit against the norm.

Do so…we hope you like it. We have an update going to Apple this week with a few more levels.

So far BBE is doing about 600 downloads a day in the US and about 1000 worldwide. Its a bit less than we had hoped…but still good in our opinion. We are hoping it breaks out soon…but the App Store is sooooo darn congested and the top freestore ranks are saturated with Facebook-based social coin pushers.

Hopefully we continue to hold our established positions while the iPhone ranks catch up to our iPad ranks. Right now we are #21 in iPad strategy…and holding…we we are VERY excited about. iPad arcade seems to be holding on to the mid 40s. [import]uid: 9492 topic_id: 8745 reply_id: 34039[/import]
