Does anyone know how to locate the App’s “Documents” Folder on a Physical Android device?
I am trying to debug a device issue and would like to copy those files to my Simulator environment so i can more effectively debug. The state of the data on the device is what interests me here.
Any assistance would be most welcome.

From my experience, Google locks down the path to where your app’s documents folder lives. I think for rooted phones, you can get apps that will browse the files there. You could potentially email them to yourself or FTP them to a server.
