Bug Reporter Down?

I’ve just submitted a few bugs I found, and am a little worried that I’ve not got the usual standard form back. Has the bug system gone down? I’ve actually forgotten whether I submitted the second one or not, and don’t have an e-mail to double check  :frowning:

Hi tap32,

Can you ensure that the auto-mails didn’t somehow get tagged by your spam filters? What were the bugs in relation to, or titled? I may be able to locate them by some search params and let you know if we received them.

Hi Brent,

Thanks for the response. It turns out the e-mails did come through 1-2 hours after the bugs were submitted. No idea what might have caused that. 

For reference they were

  1. (Case 34479) Circle fills from image sheets display muddle of images

2. (Case 34478) filter.vignetteMask does the opposite of what the docs claim

Looking at the titles I probably need to work on coming up with some better subjects, but in my defence I was pretty brain dead at the time. 

I guess like everyone else, I try to put a bit of work into isolating the problems and producing simple code examples of the bug in question, so it’s worrying if it seems like they might be going missing.
