Many of you have requested access to our bug tracker and now its available to you. Simply go to: http://anscamobile.fogbugz.com and click on “New Case” or “status of a case”.

If you are using the web form, please be sure to fill out as many fields as you can. Attach any screen shots or project assets that you think will help describe the problem.

Alternately, you can send bugs/feature requests to our bug tracker by emailing: cases@anscamobile.fogbugz.com
Please make sure that emails have sufficient information in the Subject line and Body. Information such as Computer, SDK version/Date, OS, iPhone/iPod model, iPhone/iPod OS version, and appropriate steps to reproduce the problem and the expected outcome vs actual outcome. You can also attach screen shots and project assets.
Don’t be surprised if your bug gets closed as being a duplicate of another bug.
