Build 1146: "Core: Fix the logic that selects the most recent version of a plugin to download" - does it mean plugins don't work correct with 1137?

Hi,

I need to know if the plugin system in the latest Public Release 1137 works fine.

The comment in the daily build 1146 suggests otherwise:

Build 1146: “Core: Fix the logic that selects the most recent version of a plugin to download”

I want to know this because if possible I always like to use the public releases, I only release apps build with a daily build when I have to use a fix done in the daily builds.
