Build 947, App rejected, Samsung App Store: Video playback not possible on some devices

Hallo,

on most devices the video in my app (it’s a standard mp4 tutorial video) is played, using

media.playVideo( “HelpVideo.mp4”, false )

But Samsung rejected the app and wrote back that on some of their devices the video does not show.
Well, how do you tackle this?

Best try would be to upload an Android app to Samsung that plays a video and wait for their feedback…
