Lets say I want to build an app for only Android OS 4.0 and above? Is there a way to do that (some build.setting perhaps)?

Would be sweet to have various Android OS options in the simulator build dialog. Many games might run slow on old devices and only compiling for Android 4.* could help avoiding a bad rating because of speed.
