Please email support AT coronalabs.com and have them investigate this for you.
One common error is buying the plugin on one email address but having Corona logged into a different email address.

I am only using 1 email address for my corona account. I already emailed corona support. Still no response.I have a deadline for this project hope you can help me. Thanks!
I searched our support database and I don’t see any email from you about this. Can you please try and email support@coronalabs.com again? I don’t have access to the tools to look at your license information.
