I’ll forward this to Engineering and see if they can make sense of this. I’ve not tried 2721 yet, and I’m running the production iOS 7 or 10.10.

Rob

Type the following into a new terminal window and do the build again. This will display a lot more information about the build process.

defaults write com.coronalabs.Corona_Simulator debugWebServices 3

You can turn off the extra information by

defaults write com.coronalabs.Corona_Simulator debugWebServices 0

or

defaults delete com.coronalabs.Corona_Simulator debugWebServices

Update: I just tried 2721 this morning and there does seem to be some problems with the build. 2719 works correctly but 2721 keeps trying to authorize with the server.

Tom’s test was invalid and the version of CoronaSDK does not make any difference.

This is an issue with the GM Seed of OS X 10.11 and we’re working on isolating the issue so we can work around it.  Previous betas of OS X 10.11 worked fine.

Ran" sudo defaults write com.coronalabs.Corona_Simulator debugWebServices 3

Any news on this, I can’t reliably make a build for a device on EL Capitan with Xcode 7.0, on iOS or Android

No news yet

We are looking at the issue. Apple changed some APIs in 10.11 that surfaced a problem that we are looking into. We hope to have a solution soon.

We were able to address the issue by tweaking the build server.  Try building with OS X 10.11 now and let us know how it goes.

I wont bore everyone with my usual lecture about installing unreleased OSes on machines you’re trying to get real work done on

1st build click reports.

Unexpected connection error occurred: 11 If you are not connecting to the internet directly (for example, you connect via a proxy server) you might want to try a direct connection to see if that solves the problem. Check the console for more information.

But second press works ok.

I suspect some plugins are not loading but will investigate

["plugin.vibrator"] = { publisherId = "com.spiralcodestudio", },

Thx, point taken re cutting edge but I needed to upgrade for other software.

Try Daily Build 2722.  It turned out there were multiple things going on and more fixes were needed.

Also this comes back instantly on 90% of build tries.  I am not behind a proxy and have a reasonably fast ADSL2 connection but the built times out. it is as of the built server needs me to connect in 1 second (almost impossible in Australia).
