Build for Android - Browse Keystore - won't verify my subscription

During “Build for Android”, whenever I press “Browse” (Keystore) I get a dialogue window which asks me “continue trial - verify purchase - upgrade”.

I press “verify”, and window returns saying “thank you for your purchase! The purchased version of Corona SDK is now ready for use on this computer (Continue)”

“Continue” returns me to the “Build for Android” dialogue.

If I press “Browse” (Keystore) the same thing happens again; if I repeat the procedure, it just keeps happening, and so I cannot browse.

I have purchased an iOS subscription about 6 months ago, and recently purchased an Android subscription.

First up, the usual method is to upgrade from Indie to Pro so there is no messing around with continual auth/deauth - there’s a form you can use to request the accounts be “merged”, here; http://developer.anscamobile.com/forms/support

Assuming you’ve already tried quitting and relaunching, can you please try this;

  1. Quit Corona
  2. Go to /users/library/preferences
  3. Delete up to three files in there that start with com.anscamobile
  4. Reauthorize

Christmas and New Year were OK, although we had much nicer weather here than you guys. (We have barely passed 30 at all this month, although tomorrow is meant to be 36.)

Hope yours were good too - it seemed like family were quite spread out this year.

The team are back in the office today so hopefully this can get sorted out quickly, sorry the above didn’t fix it.

If you don’t hear back in a timely fashion please let me know, (Here or Facebook, either work.) I imagine there may be a bit of a backlog.
