Build for iOS timeout

I’m trying to build my iOS App for the App store (Distribution provisioning profile) but it is not working. Screenshots attached.

Is the Build server down?

I’m using Version 2016.2949 (2016.9.15).

It does work for Ad Hoc provisioning profiles.
