build works in trial account but not purchased

My app builds in my trial account but when I switch to my purchsed account I get this error. Been having build issues for the last week and no help from ANSCA. Is this the support I paid for?

I didn’t do anything to fixed it…i emailed support and they fixed it on the backend [import]uid: 12716 topic_id: 5847 reply_id: 21438[/import]
