Building a Simple Quiz Scene with Table Array (using Radio Buttons)

Hello,

Can someone share a sample code on how a simple Quiz App with 3 Radio Buttons would look like?

I basically have Three Questions, and Each Question will have Three Options (in Radio Button Format).

The Next part will be, how do I display the three Questions One at a Time on the same scene?
