Building for Apple devices on Windows

Sorry this seems like a really common question and I feel like I found a thread in the past about this but could not find it for the life of me. Is this possible? Only answer I’ve found is Hackintosh so far. Any information would be greatly appreciated, sorry again for this, hopefully not to annoying, question. Is it MacInCloud.com? But I never try them.
Good Luck!

Thank you very much. MacInCloud sounds great as an alternative solution. But that rises other questions. I would assume a lot of people use that service for corona. Therefor I could be using a Mac that someone previously registered their Apple License to. I realize that they format before giving you access to it, but is it ok if tens of people are registered to Apple under the same serial key or whatever mac uses? What’s from stopping someone to use VMWare to get their own version of OS X on their own pc and use that to build their app? Thanks in advance for any help, sorry for the list of questions. Creating an iOS app requires a working Apple developer license and Apple ID, but that is entirely seperate from OSX in this regard. All you need the Mac to do is generate your app file using Corona.

The crucial part you need to remember when using services like this is that you need to:

  1. Install license stuff generated by your Apple ID
  2. remotely install Corona and authorize it using your own account
  3. Do your build (the actual build process if fast)
  4. (critical!) when you’re done you must manually DEAUTHORIZE Corona before uninstalling it or logging out of the service
  5. I would then recommend removing your license files but I guess if it’s formatted after you could skip this step theoretically

Pretty sure that even if you are using the trial version of Corona, the number of computers you can use it on is still limited to two, so if you forget to deauthorize you’ll be stuck begging and waiting on CL to manually deauthorize on your behalf.

tl;dr Your apple iOS developer license files are linked to the devices you want to build for (ie: iPhone), not the serial key of your operating system AFAIK [import]uid: 41884 topic_id: 34982 reply_id: 139201[/import]
