Building on an iOS6 device

I want to install ios6 on my iphone to check out the features. But I would still like to develop for ios 5, and use the current xcode, and use my iphone for testing. As far as I understand xcode 4.3.3 wont work with iOS6, and if I have Xcode 4.5 it wont let me upload the apps to iTunes.

Is there any way to install iOS6 but not change anything else/ somehow make it upload to itunes.
