We’ve been experiencing difficulty building apps intermittently using a range of daily builds for the last few months.
We contacted support and jumped through some hoops (diagnoses questions and a linode connectivity test), everything appeared normal. Our issues seemed to resolve themselves and we continued working in the hope that we wouldn’t see the problem come back.
This morning (GMT+10) we started having the same issues again with daily build 2016.2866. The problem is that our builds are often very slow and occasionally (sometimes frequently/consistently) timeout entirely with the following error message in the console:
This problem is interrupting our productivity and already has us researching alternatives to Corona SDK.
Additionally we’ve noticed that it’s sometimes hard to download a daily build SDK at all, with the download slowing to a crawl and sometimes timing out.
We aren’t having problems with any other services we use, we’ve run our own connectivity tests and checked our ISP. Everything seems normal on our end even immediately after a timeout event.
Are we the only ones having these issues?
