The last post Carlos made about it he mentioned that this release (704) would be a two part release, with the second half coming around February.
That may have been pushed back a little with GC, which obviously took a lot of time to get working correctly - but still, very soon.

That’s the plan - whether or not it takes a little longer, time will tell.
In the meantime you can always follow @carlosicaza and @ansca on Twitter and watch the blog; there will be updates there from time to time leading up to Mac apps, I’m sure.
