Hello Everyone!
New Corona user here. I’m very excited by the possibilities of using Corona to craft iPhone apps.
I have a question that I can’t seem to find the answer to browsing the site.
Is there a way to enter a date / event in a Corona developed app and have that date create a calendar entry?
Also, is there access to the picker wheel?

Corona doesn’t have an API to access calendar information on iPhone. It’s a good feature request, and I’ll add it to our internal bug base. Currently, we don’t provide access to native iPhone widgets like the picker wheel, but you can create your own. For example, the TableView widget was created with Lua/Corona which you could modify to behave like picker wheel, with some work.
