Hi, I see that a Calendar facility is in the Misc section of the current roadmap. Is there anyway of finding out when then will be available or what it might consist of. I am currently writing a non game app that involves users booking appointments (my own calendar not the built in one) and all I want is a date selection tool (in other systems usually a graphic of a month). They would press the date that they want and away we go!

I doubt we will get dates given Walter’s recent post. It would be a nice to have feature, but I suspect it would give us data access to the calendar and not give us a display widget to pick a date. The iOS way to do that is with a Picker Wheel, which Corona already supports, but if you want more of a Month View with a bunch of touch buttons to pick a date, you would be best to roll your own.
