Is this also the case when you open a website from inside the app?

You can ignore that. Unless you are specifically making an app that uses encryption for the purpose of hiding communications, you’re fine.
Contrary to what you might think, big brother isn’t watching.
Still not satisfied? Ask yourself this, “Hmmm. Big game companies are using the same techniques I am. Are they submitting these reports?” I think the answer should be obvious, but if not. Very unlikely.
