why when i build .apk for example it goes to internet and it takes time ? can I do that locally in my machine ? is it possible?

We have to authenticate you and provide any necessary plugins that your account is allowed to have.
how can i get that? is it a license thing?
Different license levels give you different features. But even if you had a Pro subscription, we are going to do the same checks.

You have to have Enterprise to build offline
Right. I guess it was a bit confusing, Pro subscribers are subjected to the same build process as Starters.
