As I know, to produce binary android/iphone files, all lua source files are required to submit to Corona server to compile? I am pretty uncomfortable to leak my source code to any one.
Therefore, is there any option to compile all my source code locally? [import]uid: 81295 topic_id: 13518 reply_id: 313518[/import]
Unfortunately all code has to be sent to Ansca’s servers before you can compile your app. I can say however, that you aren’t running the risk of your code being stolen. It is an automated process and no one is seing your code over at Ansca. My only concern with this is trying to compile on a laptop where no internet connection is present. I am pretty unhappy to know that…

if corona was in the practice of stealing peoples code, images, sounds, or other i dont think they would stay in business very long.

I understand… but that still makes some developers uncomfortable. Some developers discussed about it. Therefore, I come here to verify if it is true. [import]uid: 81295 topic_id: 13518 reply_id: 49648[/import]
