I currently have a Corona iOS Indie account. A client of mine wants an app deployed on Android.
Is there a way to upgrade from the Indie account to a Pro account? Or am I stuck ordering the Android Indie account as well? [import]uid: 52771 topic_id: 19473 reply_id: 319473[/import]
I have basically the same question. I am about to get an indie IOS license but I would like to “eventually” be able to target Nook and Fire. Is there an upgrade path for IOS indie? Is it true that the Android licence won’t allow you to build for Nook or Fire?
Love to know about this question before I buy!
Thanks.
Mo

There is an upgrade path available. If you’re interested in upgrading from Indie to Pro you should use this form to contact support who will get back to you with the next steps; http://developer.anscamobile.com/forms/support
but I have to say that Ive done the Upgrade of my subscription like Mrs. Peachs said above and all were more than rapid and good! That`s easy and trouble free way to upgrade so I also recommend.
Resuming: The Ansca Staff got in touch with me and all were quickly done.
I think this should be made more obvious on the purchase page. An “upgrade” button if I’m logged in would make things a lot clearer. As well as clear ways to purchase an upgrade instead of having to use a support form. I had the form open but the format it uses is meant for bug reporting, not requests.
Making it as simple as possible for me to try, purchase and then upgrade makes it easier for me to accept the financial hit. The trial and purchase parts are good, just the upgrade needs work.
I don’t suppose the upgrade price is pro-rated depending on how much time on your original subscription is left? [import]uid: 115248 topic_id: 19473 reply_id: 96326[/import]
The price actually IS based on how much time is left on your Indie sub when upgrading. So if you upgrade after having Indie for 2 months you’ll get a better price than upgrading at 6 months, etc.
If you use the form someone will be able to give you specific details
I purchased an Indie subscription with the intention of porting my Android game to Nook and Amazon at the end. That’s why I need a pro subscription. I sent an email to support but I did not receive a feedback to get a pro subscription.
I have tried several times but no luck so far.
Please advise me on how I can upgrade my subscription.
I am sorry, this should have been addressed - I suppose being Monday morning my email must have gotten buried. Will see to it that this is addressed in the morning.
Thanks for your patience and lovely manners, it’s always appreciated when things like this happen.
JMT - sorry about the delay. We are having some minor bug issues in our coupon/upgrade system and it’s taking a bit longer than I would like. I’ve gone ahead and upgraded you to Pro. Someone will follow up with you directly in the next couple of days to settle how the payment should be made. But for now you should be up and running with Pro.
Thanks,
