Step 1: Go to http://market.android.com/publish
Step 2: Pay a one time activation fee of $25
Step 3: Upload your applications (make sure to provide all pictures that are recommended, also make sure Icon-hdpi and Icon-mdpi are in your build folder)
Step 4: Your done! Your app is now posted.

better if you go with build 319 for mac and i think build 377 for windows in this you can have some good performance in 268 the performance is terrible even for dragging object with your finger
also if you goes with old build you will loose some features which are in latest build like openfeint,papaya… a lot
