Can the app include ads for NOOK store ?

It is a pain in the neck in submitting an app to Nook.
I have two versions of apps, one is full version and the other is lite version with ads. I submitted them as two separate apps, then the nook rep turned me down to ask me submit as trial for lite version. After I submitted the lite version as trial, they turned me down for various rediculous reasons (e.g. the news text cannot repeat for more than once…). Now the most recent one is for ads. See below:

Unfortunately we are not able to approve your application for
distribution at this time for the following reasons:

Files: Rejected: The trial version of your application is ad supported,
as shown here http://minus.com/m18DcbM91
Please remove all instances of advertisements and resubmit.

Yes, I remember reading that ads are not allowed on the developer page of the Nook on the Barnes&Nobles web site. So I’d removed them.

I think best is to get a copy of their test cases, which they have on their web site as a pdf, and make sure that you pass all of them before submitting your app.
