Yes, there is a way.
It involves creating an ad-hoc build using ad-hoc provisioning profile, which is something your nephew should do on his mac, assuming that he has already joined iOS developer program ( the $99/year subscription). Ad-hoc is used to distribute test builds to a number of devices ( max 100 devices per one iOS developer account ).
Your newphew will also need a iOS subscription for corona ( iOS or PRO ) in order to build ad-hoc distributables.
Once you have ad-hoc distributable, you basically install it to your iPad using iTunes.
If you’d like to go without corona subscription, it is still possible if your nephew adds your iPad to his developer account as a development device. But this will require that you physically go there and connect your iPad to his mac.
