Just downloaded the sdk for windows. Planning on doing apps for the Android for now (then later iphone/ipad) I did checked out the samples apps and even build/install few of them on my Droid1. Worked like a charm. Anyway…
First and foremost WOW!! That a great sdk but even more amazing is this community!
As a brand new newbie for this sdk, I have probably an extremely stupid question but here it is since I could not find an answer yet:
How to save a lua code? Iam using Notepad++ (great by the way) and looking at one of the main.lua code, I can change it but when try to save it I get the following error message: “Saved failed: please check whether this file is not open by another program” As far as I know,no other program is using the file in question. Of course I closed the Corona simulator but not luck.
Am I loosing my mind?

I feel kind of stupid right now! It seems that I did not have authority to save the save the file (a windows thing) I could read the file in the Corona but not change them. It works now…very sorry for wasting your time guys:( [import]uid: 49236 topic_id: 8559 reply_id: 308559[/import]
