Cannot Verify Purchase

I have no idea if this is where to post this, but anyway, I had the trial of the Corona SDK installed prior to purchasing the Pro version. When the “Verify purchase” option pops up on startup I enter my information and the SDK daily build loads with no errors, but then shows I’m using a “Trial.”

Also selecting “De-authorize and quit” does nothing at all, the SDK just sits there. I’ve tried looking for the preference files to delete but have come up without anything.

Hi Devdavi - I’m going to deauthorize you from our end now right now. What you should do;

  • Quit Corona
  • Go to users/library/preferences and delete files starting with com.anscamobile (normally up to three of them)
  • Relaunch Corona
  • Try to Authorize

In order to find the preferences in the library mentioned above you may need to select “Go” in finder and then hold down ALT in order to have it appear in the menu.

Please let me know how you go with this.
