Can't build because of error: Subscription has expired. I am a subscriber.

I can’t build because of the error below:

Your subscription to the Corona Developer Program has expired. To renew your subscription, please contact customersupport@anscamobile.com.

(If you have encountered this notice before November 2010, it is likely that this is an error. Contact customersupport@anscamobile.com for assistance.)
I am a fully paid subscriber. Anyone else faces this problem?

Please advise fix. Email to customersupport@anscamobile.com returned with permanent delivery failure message.

Hi Andrew,

I have deleted a trial authorization from your account, please delete your preferences (/Users/$USERNAME/Library/Preferences/com.anscamobile.* ) and try logging in again.
