@Rodrigo - Sorry to hear that, hope you can get it resolved, server/site issues are always a massive pain. (I had one myself last night, broke my .htaccess file. Oops!)
@Ollie - Currently I’m not likely to be the one who gets assigned your support ticket, though even if I did in this case I would reassign it to someone in the office. (There are times being at a distance puts one at a severe disadvantage, this is one of those.)
The fact you can’t edit it is one issue, the url is another - it was an issue in the past, too - but I thought it had been solved.
I will bring both of these issues up in the morning, hopefully they can be sorted out quickly.
