Can't De-Authorize

Admittedly, this isn’t directly education-related, but I’m not seeing anywhere specific for this …

I had to wipe/reinstall my laptop recently, and Corona was authorized on it. There seems to be no way to de-authorize so that I can re-authorize on the same laptop.

Is that correct? And if so, what is my recourse?
