@idanahal3 what does the icon look like for your app? Maybe post it so maybe i can find it.

What is your company or user name on Google Play.

Also, you can go to your Google Play Console and there is a link to the store page at the top:

Oh, and if you resolve this issue, please be sure to tell us so we don’t keep trying to help.

Yes I know, with the link I can find it, but when I search it i cant fin’d it. I went over 600 apps…

Here is a link: Ball And Blocks

If you can see it I will be more then happy.

You’re not searching in a way that will find it.  You need to use quotes if you want to find an exact title:

If you search for Balls and Blocks (with no quotes) you’ll get back a list of every app that has these words in the title, description, or as part of a larger word:

  • ball
  • balls
  • block
  • blocks

which I imagine is thousands.  How these will be sorted is completely up to Google.

PS - Did you change your game name again?  Your original post mentioned these names:

  • “balls&blocks”
  • “balls & blocks”

You did not mention “balls and block”.

Whatever the case, these are my suggestions for future games:

  • Try to use a very unique but easy to spell name or include a unique word in the title.
  • Use quoted searches.  These search for an explicit combination of words.
    • Not very helpful for discover-ability though

So now I Cant do nothing about it?

and why the “ball block” is the first and it has only 100 downloads?

  1. You can do something about it.  Rename your app to something more unique.  Brain storm ideas, check Google Play to see if they exist, rename, rebuild, re-submit.  Ready in two hours done.

  2. As I said, sorting of results in the Google Play store is entirely up to Google.

This is an easily solved problem.  While I realize it is disappointing not to see your game listed when you search for it, releasing on Google is so easy and fast you shouldn’t let this frustrate you.

Just imagine how bad you’d feel if you submitted to Apple, waited 7 to 14 days for the review, maybe got rejected, started again, finally got your app in the store and then realized your name was not unique enough to be found, even with an exact match search.

Thanks
