Can't get the Corona Simulator to launch correctly

I’m brand new to Corona, so maybe I’ve missed something, but I can’t get the Simulator to run at all. I downloaded the latest build (484), dragged the SDK folder from the DMG into the Applications folder, then I go into the Application/Corona SDK folder and launch the Corona Simulator.

The simulator asks me to agree to the TOS, then submit my email and password. I do that, and it appears to be successful, and the simulator “Welcome to Corona” window opens, but the login dialog does not go away. If I try to “Open a Project”, the iPhone simulator seems to launch, but when I point at a project directory, either from the sample code download or my own, the simulator crashes. Next time I fire up Corona, I have to “agree” and login again, like none of my selections or preferences were saved.

I’ve tried wiping out my Preferences and Application Support files for Corona, but nothing changed.

What am I doing wrong? [import]uid: 58251 topic_id: 10481 reply_id: 310481[/import]

Forgot to mention, I’m on a Macbook Pro, OS X 10.6.7. [import]uid: 58251 topic_id: 10481 reply_id: 38136[/import]

Could it be that my hard drive crashed, and I had to reinstall all my software? Is this something about my computer not being authorized, but some other computer is?

I don’t have a subscription yet (since I can’t even really see how the software works). How do I deauthorize all computers? [import]uid: 58251 topic_id: 10481 reply_id: 38138[/import]
