"Can't install application" on iPad 1 message

I’ve updated an old app which used to work on iPad 1 too. I can install the new test version fine on iOS7 and iPad2+, but when I drag the app in Organizer over the iPad 1, it says:

"Can’t install application

The info.plist for application at /users/myname/Desktop/appname.app specifies a minimum OS version of 6.0, which is too high to be installed on myname’s iPad"

I’m using Corona v3 Build 2014.2282.

Any help?

We had to move the minimum version of iOS we support to 6.0 as explained in this blog post.

You can still build for iOS 5.1 using Daily Build 2014.2275.

Excellent thanks! My app is older anyway, so I should be reasonably safe in going with an older build.
