please let me know if anyone else is having this problem. I tried to install solar2d on new win10 pc for my daughter and I couldn’t. First, Mcaffe antivirus proudly claimed it found a virus, I removed Mcaffe but still no luck.
I get the note that mfc140u.dll was not found.
Did you dl it from here?

thanks, bgm… Solved first issue, then this one appeared 0x00007b, but also solved it much the same way. Download and install both 64 and 86 dll versions of mfc140u.dll and restart a computer in possibly reinstall solar2d. Works now. Thank you again.
