I’ve been using the Corona SDK for the past few weeks with no problem. Tonight, i’m receiving an error, Could not launch Corona Simulator - A fatal error has occurred.

2012-08-26 19:17:16.162 Corona Simulator[296:707] Cannot remove an observer for the key path “fSkin” from because it is not registered as an observer.

What OS version?
What kind of Mac do you have? (hardware specs)
Try doing a clean reinstall by deleting all the com.ansca* preference files in ~/Library/Preferences and the /Applications/CoronaSDK folder and reinstalling it.
