Can't login - first time

Can’t login for the first time. After “connecting to server” got “An unknown error ocured” message

What version and OS are you trying to use?

I had the same error. I downloaded and tried both 2015.2576 and 2014.2511 today on Windows 7, both giving the “An unknown error occured” message when attempting to login.

WinXP SP3

Can you all try again?  Engineering is in the process of putting in a fix.  After you log in you may have to quit the simulator and restart to have it remove the Starter label.
