Can't post to Corona SDK APIs section?

I have a few storyboard related questions but when I attempt to post to that forum it asks me to choose a forum from the drop down and the entire Corona SDK APIs section is unavailable.

This remains a problem for me. I can comment on existing threads in the APIs section but am unable to create new ones. Is there an admin that can sort me out?
