Can't send to app store - profile not correctly recognized

Hi there,

I always struggle when updating my iOS apps but I’m fairly sure I’ve done things correctly:

  • latest Solar 2d build (2020.3601)
  • iOS distribution provisioning profile (iOS - App Store - exp 2021/03/20)

… but I’m getting the "… Only apps built with distribution profiles … " message. It is not ad-hoc, it is a nice iOS distribution prov. profile.

Help, please?

You need to generate a different distribution certificate - an “iOS Distribution” certificate, NOT an “Apple Distribution” certificate.

Thank you so much!

I’ve never imagined the Apple distribution certif, as expressed, was not valid. I would have wasted tons of time here.

Any idea why the “Apple” versions of the certifs (stating iOS, macOS, tvOS…) are not valid? Is it just a mistake in the text? (just curious)
