We have just ran into our loading video problems for some of our Android users and I have found an old forum post with the same issue on: -

Is there any movement on this, as this post was from 2015!
Real shame that we cannot load videos on some Android devices (but we can on all IOS devices).
Is there anything that can be done to help with this?
