I have used Corona for a few years now and love it, so much so that I am taking some time to get a better understanding of how it works and how to use it correctly.
What’s confusing me at the moment is that I have created a new project using the “Composer Scene” template which relies upon objects defined in the associated .ccscene file… i.e. local title = self:getObjectByName( “Title” ) etc.
I assume the .ccscene file has been created with a Drag-n-Drop style UI designer or such but I cannot find such a beast anywhere… I did see there was a Composer GUI Beta some years ago but that seems to have died.
I don’t see the point of a Template that uses that scheme if it’s no longer supported…Or am I missing something important?
