certificate not installed - cannot choose a code signing identity

I followed the device build tutorial, but still has this problem:

I downloaded our distribution cert, then created a adhoc distribution provisioning profile. I installed the certificate, and copied the profile to the required directory. When I invoke the device build, the dialog box show a drop down selection of the correct profile, but it is prefixed “certificate not installed” and is not selectable. I’ve checked the forum and found a few others with similar problems, but no consistent solutions. I’ve tried to repeat the device build process a few times, relaunched corona a few times, and even restarted machine a few times. I still couldn’t make it work. Any suggestions? I made sure the certificate is installed, it is showing up in Keychain.

Yeah I usually have to drop it in /~User/MobileDevice/Provisioning Profiles/
And then restart Corona.
Also double click it and it installs itself into XCode. [import]uid: 11024 topic_id: 4054 reply_id: 12489[/import]

solved it by removing everything and create new certificate and provisional file from scratch. dev provisional profile is okay, as I can only generate a dev certificate in my case. [import]uid: 8745 topic_id: 4054 reply_id: 12516[/import]
