As I mentioned in a previous post, I was able to navigate the land mine filled process of getting my first app submitted to Apple (it’s under review). My question is, do i need to go through the WHOLE process of getting a new certificate, app ID, and provisioning process again or are there certain steps I can forevermore skip since I’ve already produced on app?

Yes, you do have to go through all those steps for a second app.
If you are updating an existing app, then you can skip these steps (assuming you haven’t deleted the files).

NOT a new certificate, no - you’re referring to your dev/distribution certificates, I assume? If so, then NO, as I said before.

Thanks for the reply. Here is how I now understand the process. WIth reference to the IOS Provisioning Portal:
Certificates: I do NOT need a “Development” or “Distribution” certificate with each new app.
App IDs: I DO need a new ID for each new app. (Kinda thought so on this one) 
Provisioning: I DO need to set up a new “Development Profile” and a new “Distribution Profile” for each new app.
Please advise if I got it wrong.

You are correct, mostly - I only make distribution profiles, never development. (Because I have a “Corona” app ID that I build all my AdHocs with.)
But at the end of the day that’s a personal preference
