My old Mac stopped working. I have a backup made Apple certificates. How do I install on my new computer? Or should I re-download them from the Apple Developer site?
I would just make new ones. You have to get the keys and certificates and they all have to match up.
Rob
Rob: I must make them from scratch, all the bureaucratic process, or I can re-download them from the Apple developer page where they are staying?
You can download the certificates, but you won’t have the key’s which were generated locally.
ah … I have a backup of the other disk … can I get the keys?
I think so. You may have to be able to run Keychain access to get them and export them. I don’t know that they exist as copyable files by default.
