Changes on Submitting an App to the app store?

I have 3 apps in the app store, last year.

Now I want to add a new one…but I can’t

I don’t know if apple change something…

– I have my 3 provisioning profiles [Development iOS App, Distribution App Store, and Distribution Ad Hoc]

– I have the certificate for development [with my name]

– the certificate for production [with the company name]

– I have the identifier App IDs [with the app name]

– I clicked on the “Worldwide Developer Relations Certificate Authority”

I double click on the certificates, and I see them in key chain

– I think I’m doing the same than before…

“PROBLEMS”

– I don’t see the name of my app for distribution when I build for iOS in Corona. (I see my old apps but not this new one, so I can not build the final file to upload it to apple)

– I don’t remember what to do, with the “profiles” files - - I just keep them in one folder in my computer, I did not double clicked on them.

Thanks for all your help

Do you have a provisional profile you made specific for ‘distribution’ for your new app?

The way I understand it, you need a specific provisional profile for each app for distribution.  Not likely you can use one of your old-existing provisional profiles for this new app.

If you do have a distribution profile specific for that app on iTunes Connect, and are still having problems, there were some posts maybe a month ago here on the forum where several developers seemed to have similar issue as yours, and their best solution was to clean house, and redo their keychain, redo their provisional profiles on iTunes connect and maybe even redo their certificates.  If you go that route, just be sure deleting any old profiles will not effect you existing apps; you will probably have to ask apple about that.

I hope this helps.

You need to download the profiles and put them in your ~/Library/MobileDevice/Provisioning Profiles/ folder or you can use Xcode’s organizer to download and manage them.  You will need to restart Corona SDK after downloading them so we will pick them up.

Thanks Rob. I think this might help… but…where is the

~/Library/MobileDevice/Provisioning Profiles/ folder

Thanks.

By the way, I have 2 people that are interested in making an app

I highly recommended  Corona SDK.

They don’t have a Mac

Is it possible to work with Corona in Windows?

and is it not Free any more? I think they are charging now $16.00 per month?

Still I think it’s more than worth it.

Hi Rob…

I think I got it…

I drag the provisioning file in to the Xcode shortcut icon in my desktop

that Open Xcode and show me the Organizer window

somewhere in the Organizer Menu, in Editor…

I saw Provisioning Profiles ---- Import

I click there, browse for the file, relaunch Corona

and there it is YES!!!

Finally…

Thanks to everyone for all your help
