Changing Screen Orientation

Hello 

I am combining a few different small games like match 3 gems into one apk.  However I want to be able to change the orientation depending which game is selected.  Some games I want to limit to landscape and some to portrait.  Does anyone know how to do this or even if its possible with corona and if so could you let me know.

I am not sure that is possible in solar2D

It is via native code, and there’s also a plugin for this by Scott. However, this post was made in 2013 and this question is likely not relevant to the original poster anymore.
